REFUND / RETURNS / DAMAGE POLICY (ZABIWA) Last updated: 26 Jan 2026
- IMPORTANT — MADE-TO-ORDER (PRINT-ON-DEMAND)
All prints are produced on demand after you place your order.
As a result:
- No returns and no refunds are offered for change of mind.
- Orders cannot be refunded, replaced, or resent if delivery issues are caused by an incorrect, incomplete, or invalid shipping address provided by the customer.
- EU RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (14 DAYS) — NOT APPLICABLE
For EU/EEA consumers, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply because the goods are made to order (“goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized”).
This exclusion does not affect your statutory rights in case of defective or non-conforming goods.
- CANCELLATION (ONLY BEFORE PRODUCTION STARTS)
You may request cancellation only if production has not started.
To request cancellation, email support@zabiwa.com immediately with your order number.
Once production has started, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.
- DAMAGE / DEFECTS — REPLACEMENT-FIRST POLICY
We follow The Print Space’s damage and delay handling rules for print-on-demand fulfilment.
If your order arrives damaged or materially defective, please contact support@zabiwa.com as soon as possible and ideally within 48 hours of delivery, providing:
- your order number,
- clear photos of the damage or defect,
- photos of the packaging and shipping label.
This timeframe allows fast claims handling with our production and shipping partners and does not limit your statutory rights.
Primary remedy: replacement. A refund may be offered only where replacement is not reasonable, in accordance with applicable law.
Not considered defects:
- minor color or contrast differences compared to your screen,
- paper texture or finish characteristics,
- small variations inherent to the printing process,
- the presence of the intended white border.
- DELIVERY DELAYS / NON-DELIVERY
Delivery times are estimates. Carrier delays and customs processing delays may occur.
Normal postal delays or customs delays are not grounds for refunds.
If delivery exceeds the legally required period (or a timeframe expressly agreed with you), you may have statutory rights to set an additional deadline and cancel if delivery still does not occur. Where cancellation is legally due, refunds will be issued in accordance with applicable law.
- WRONG ADDRESS / UNDELIVERABLE SHIPMENTS
You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping address at checkout.
If an order is affected due to an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery attempts, non-collection, or customs issues, delivery is not guaranteed and the order cannot be replaced, refunded, or resent.
Any resulting costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

- a clear description of the issue,
- required photos (for damage or defects).
- STATUTORY RIGHTS
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes mandatory consumer protections under applicable law, including legal guarantees for defective or non-conforming goods.
